Kittinan joined AMPOS as a web and mobile developer, and quickly proved himself to be a talented and versatile professional. He was always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges. He eventually became the product manager for our core product, and was responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
Kittinan had a keen sense of customer-centricity, which was evident in his approach to product development. He was always in touch with dozens of our large B2B customers, listening to their feedback, understanding their needs, and finding ways to solve their problems. He developed products that were not only innovative and user-friendly, but also meaningful and valuable to our customers.
Kittinan was also a remarkable leader, who led by example and inspired others to follow. He did not have a formal team, but he had the respect and support of his peers, who had more experience than him. He was able to manage ambiguity and change effectively, and adapt to different situations and circumstances. He was also very collaborative, and sought buy-in and input from all stakeholders. He was clear and concise in communicating his vision and goals, and explaining his rationale and intentions. He was considerate and respectful of others’ feelings and opinions, but also focused and determined to achieve the desired outcomes. He helped the team to align towards the same objectives and devise strategies and action plans to achieve our mutual goals, while adjusting course along the way to overcome challenges.
One specific example of Kittinan’s leadership and problem-solving skills came during a time when our company was facing a major crisis. Our main product was experiencing a significant decline in customer retention, and we needed to find a way to reverse the situation. Kittinan took the initiative to analyze the data we had, and identify the root causes of the problem. He then went to talk to our customers, and understand their pain points and expectations. He came up with a solution that addressed the needs of every customer segment, and validated it with them. He then used the resources we had as efficiently as possible, and implemented the solution in a timely manner. He was able to retain our customers in a difficult time, and even increase their satisfaction and loyalty.
Kittinan was always positive, proactive, and professional. He was passionate about his work, and always delivered high-quality results. He was always supportive, helpful, and fun to be around.
I have no doubt that Kittinan will be an excellent addition to any organization, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. He deserves my highest recommendation.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Kittinan for 4 years on the launch of the Culture Platform, Internal Communication tool, and various other projects. He is a master at building relationships with customers. He would regularly participate in user meetings, gather feedback through meetings both external and internal, and even hosted product roadmap sessions to directly engage with users. This allowed him to gain a deep understanding of customer challenges, needs, and build trust, ultimately leading to a stronger product and happier customers.
After we get requests from customers, he always starts with WHY they want and WHAT is the customer expectation. Next, he leads his team to identify the root cause or pain point and design possible solutions. Beyond his customer focus, Kittinan is also an empathetic listener and a fantastic communicator. He is involved with customers since problem finding, prototype implementation, solution validation. This gives our team confidence to deliver the 'Right solutions' to our customers. Customers also feel involved in the product and services, and it helps improve our relationship with customers.
Referring to his systematic thinking, he usually compares feedback, information, and suggestions with the customer’s goals, which are grouped by product feature. This approach is very useful for us to monitor customer sentiment and prioritize features at any time.
